Our team features professionals at different stages of their careers, each with their own story to tell. Everyone at Ada contributes to research & development, menu curation and the preparation of each dish. This special combination of talents, backgrounds and skills is what turns our vision of unforgettable dining experiences into reality.
Ada would not exist if chef/owner Adam Loo hadn’t grown up in a family of farmers. His father Raymond was a pioneer and visionary in organic farming here in Prince Edward Island and instilled a deep appreciation for the people working in food production every step of the way.
We carry on that legacy by supporting and working with local purveyors who are committed to producing high-quality products through sustainable methods. To us they aren’t simply a food supplier, they are an essential part of our team.
