We are excited to bring to you this new interactive dining experience, rich in storytelling, where we celebrate the bounties of Prince Edward Island. Each course has a story behind it that reaches far beyond just the ingredients. This is the first time we are offering a weekly occurrence of an event and it is starting June 25th until September!

Italy in the Countryside

May 23, 2026
May 23rd at New London Carriage House will be the first ever Italy in the Countryside event! Our team is joining Chef Ross Munro for this collaborative Italian themed night at one of our favourite venues in PEI. The menu features authentic Italian ingredients and techniques along with some amazing PEI products.
